Thai Binh, Vietnam. Nguyen Thi Quyen, 34, stares out the barred window of her room. She lives in a barren concrete room connected to her family's house. Ms Quyen suffers from severe mental disabilities, can not walk or control her bowels, and attacks her mother upon sight. Her father served in the Central Highlands during the Vietnam War and was directly sprayed upon by Agent Orange multiple times.
