Do Duc Dui, 58, reacts to his daughter Do Thi Hang, 19, falling into a seizure at the family's home. Hang suffers from multiple seizures a day, some lasting throughout the night. Another sister suffers mental disabilities and the youngest sister apears to have cerebal palsey, although she has never been diagnosed.
