Thai troops respond to the sounds of mortar fire across the Moei River in Myawaddy, Burma as fighting breaks out between Karen rebel groups, DKBA and KNLA ,and the Burmese junta's SPDC. Minutes before, two RPG's reportedly landed on Thai territory as the fighting broke out in Burma.
